New York — Federal prosecutors have unveiled a superseding indictment against Sean “Diddy” Combs. This action expands the scope of his alleged criminal enterprise. The latest filing extends the racketeering conspiracy timeline to 20 years, covering 2004 to 2024. It adds multiple new victims. It also includes charges of kidnapping and arson.
Diddy and the Combs Enterprise Allegations
Prosecutors claim Combs led a criminal organization dubbed the “Combs Enterprise.” The group engaged in sex trafficking, drug distribution, prostitution, bribery, arson, and obstruction of justice. According to the indictment, Combs allegedly used his influence as a music mogul. He lured women into his orbit under the guise of romantic relationships. Then, he coerced them into commercial sex acts through intimidation, violence, and threats.
Federal authorities identified at least three female victims. They are referred to in court documents as Victim-1, Victim-2, and Victim-3. These victims were allegedly trafficked, assaulted, and controlled within Combs’ network. The indictment details violent coercion, forced drug use, and financial manipulation as tactics used to keep control over these women.

New Allegations of Kidnapping and Violence
The superseding indictment includes allegations that Combs kidnapped victims in both New York and California. He used physical force, confinement, and threats to prevent them from escaping his influence.
Prosecutors also described many violent incidents, stating:
- “On multiple occasions, Combs threw both objects and people, as well as hit, dragged, choked, and shoved others.”
- “On one occasion, Combs dangled a victim over an apartment balcony.”
Authorities have expanded on earlier allegations. They claim Combs ordered the arson of Kid Cudi’s car in a jealous rage over Cassie. The new charges add arson, attempted arson, conspiracy, and aiding and abetting to the list of offenses.

Drug Trafficking Allegations Intensify
The indictment expands on drug trafficking allegations. It now includes methamphetamine and psilocin (hallucinogenic mushrooms). These are substances Combs and his associates allegedly distributed. Prosecutors claim that he used narcotics to control victims, fostering dependency and compliance.

Legal Defense and Bail Denial
Combs’ legal team has strongly denied the allegations, stating, “The latest indictment includes no new offenses. The prosecution’s theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial.”
Combs remains in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. This is despite multiple appeals. A judge denied his $50 million bail package, citing flight risk concerns and potential witness intimidation.
Trial Date Set for May 5
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation for prostitution. His trial is scheduled to start on May 5, where he will face the mounting evidence and accusations against him.
The latest charges against the disgraced mogul are serious. The addition of a Special Sentencing Factor increases the potential prison time significantly.
